quick, easy and cheap meals? Empty quick, easy and cheap meals?

Anyone got any quick meals they wish to share that are also yummy?

I recently put tinned tuna on melba toast (little hard bread crackers) and a bit of sweetcorn and cheddar cheese for a quick lunch, it was super tasty, although probably doesn't classify as a proper meal Razz

My staple is pasta with a jar or pasta sauce, tuna and peas! Cheap and nutritious! mmmm Smile Razz
